The Argentine musician Daniel Barenboim conducted the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra through a cycle of Beethoven's Symphonies at the Obelisk to celebrate the 60th anniversary of his first public concert.
The concert included the Symphony No. 5 and the Leonore No. 3, played by the orchestra formed by Israelis and Palestinians, and directed by the Argentine musician identified with the peace process in Middle-East.
