Looking for ethnic recipes for Passover, I wrote to my friend Debora Farzam, who I met some year ago here in Buenos Aires through a cousin of mine. She happens to belong to an Iranian family that lives in the States.
After a few days she wrote me back, telling me that neither her Mom or Aunt could give her a Persian recipe yet, and Persians never seem to have an exact recipe they go on, only "pinch a little of this here, a little bit there"
I have a message for these lovely Persians ladies “Please do not go to rehab”. I love the little pinch of this pattern. It comes with the perk.
So, here I am, waiting for the Persian recipe for Passover that is going to make us happier than ever.
I will keep you posted.
